MobileBurn.com - We got some hands on time with the upcoming LG Thrill 4G for AT&T and were quite impressed with what we saw. The Thrill 4G is based on the LG Optimus 3D, and is the first 3D-capable smartphone for AT&T. The 3D effect works quite well, and is much easier to get used to than what is offered by the HTC EVO 3D for Sprint. The Thrill 4G is powered by a very fast, dual-core 1GHz processor that takes advantage of dual-channel memory for increased processing speed. In the real world, that translates into fast performance that is very smooth without any noticeable hiccups. The Thrill 4G hardware feels really good in the hand, too, as the back is covered with a nice soft-touch plastic. More info: http://www.mobileburn.com/news.jsp?Id=15461

It's wrapped in a gorgeous body as well. The G2x, on the other hand, sports a 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 4-inch display, 8-megapixel camera that also does 1080p video, a front-facing shooter, and a stock build of Android 2.2.

They're both hot devices, but as always, only one can come out on top in a dogfight. Which one will reign supreme? Part 1 of 2.
